WHY DO WE NEED LAWS AND RULES ?

Think about this question and explain to me why do you think we need rules and laws. What would happen if there were no laws or rules.

    If we don't have rules and laws we woudn't be controlled safely and carefully by the government and the whole town would be unsafe.
